Hi, I'm at the Arcadia with my family on sunday 11th of october.
Have you ever been to The Arcadia? It is full of arcade games and plays some rad music from the speakers.
There are lots of arcade classics and some really cool pinball machines.
At the start I went straight to the donkey kong and Pac Man. I didn’t do too well in the pac man because the controls were a little loose and when I wanted to go up I went right.
I decided to quickly change over and play some other games.
I spent most of my time eating lunch, we had chips with chicken nuggets. It also had a caramel milkshake. After that I played centipede, moon patrol, ninja turtles and beat my mum 2-1 in street fighter II. The music that was playing on the speakers was really loud. However it was really good. They even played some songs from the Pink floyd album: another brick in the wall.
I would say my favourite Game was the epic pinball machines, or maybe even street fighter two. My brother and I set the new pinball record on the Kiss one, We were there for almost an hour, and dad had to pull us away from the pinball machines at the end setting the record in the other person's hands.
Overall I really enjoyed my experience at the Arcadia and am really thrilled to go there on my birthday this year...

WALT:use te reo maori in an everyday conversation.
We had to write down the colours in Maori.
This is how I went.
WALT: write a few paragraphs about an animal of your choice.
I chose a Falcon because I love falcons and have a need for speed and ferociousness.
This is my falcon report.
Falcons.
Falcons are a type of bird.
Falcons have sharp talons that they use for
carrying and attacking prey.
Falcons are predators.
Peregrine falcons can reach speeds of
389km/h.(wow)
That is one of my favourite things about
falcons.(because I have the need for speed)
Falcons mainly feed on shorebirds, ducks,
grebes, gulls, pigeons, and songbirds.
Peregrine falcons also eat bats, and they
occasionally steal prey consisting of fish and
rodents from other predatory birds.
Falcons are deadly and are one of the most
feared birds in the world.
They are one of the best hunters and are an
excellent guide for hunters.
Falcons are the best!
I am sorry that it was so short. I did not have as much time as everyone else.
What is your favourite animal?
